A report written by tenants of 2, 3, and 4 Logie Gardens, regarded as difficult-to-let properties by Aberdeen District Council, that looks at what is needed to improve the housing, a breakdown of spending by Aberdeen District Council over the last four years, the results of a survey of residents, and conclusions. A full report by an independent architect is included as an appendix. The tenements are described as part of the Logie/Manor scheme completed in 1938, rewired in 1976 and modernised in 1979.
