Summary:
Julius Avery directs this horror thriller starring Russell Crowe as Father Gabriele Amorth, the Chief Exorcist for the Vatican. When recently widowed Julia (Alex Essoe) moves from America to an old abbey in Spain with her two children, her son Henry (Peter DeSouza-Feighoney) is possessed by a demon. In order to save his life and vanquish the demon, Father Amorth and his assistant Father Esquibel (Daniel Zovatto) must solve a mystery involving the abbey that dates back to the time of the Spanish Inquisition. Franco Nero also stars.
