Summary:
All seven episodes of the British medical comedy drama written by Adam Kay and based on his bestselling book. Adam (Ben Whishaw) and Shruti Acharya (Ambika Mod) work long hours on an obstetrics and gynaecology ward in a busy NHS hospital in London. Junior doctor Adam tries to balance his personal and professional lives while making life and death decisions and he struggles with guilt when a patient he sent home returns needing an emergency caesarean. Meanwhile, trainee doctor Shruti becomes increasingly overwhelmed as she tries to study for her exams while working overtime with little support.
