Summary:
In 1960, a post-Nazi world, a travelling doctor strikes up a relationship with a local Argentinian family, in particular their daughter Lilith, a lonely 12 year old girl who unknowlingly becomes close with one of the world's most terrifying Nazi War ciminals, Josef Mengele A.K.A "The Angel of Death" who is on the run for his crimes in Auschwitz.
