This report has been prepared in response to Aberdeen City Council's commission on behalf of the Scottish Executive and NESTRANS to carry out professional analysis of development options for improving traffic flows at the A90 (T) A96 (T) Haudagain Junction in Aberdeen. The scope of the study is limited to an appraisal of options assessed solely in terms of schematic traffic management techniques and does not consider the range of other factors and design regimes that could have an influence on the viability of scheme options.
