Summary:
Children's animated adventure. After Snowball the dolphin (voice of Kay Rommel) saves a young boy (Polina Workman) who falls into the ocean as a baby, they are raised together as brothers. Together they attempt to thwart the schemes of the evil octopus (Stephen Peter Krisel) seeking to take over their underwater home while the boy also searches for his human mother after learning the truth about his origins.
