Summary:

The seven month long pay dispute in the Health Service is largely forgotten but it was a significant dispute. For many years a large photograph of a procession in Union Street was displayed in the Trades Council Social Club as a reminder of one of the biggest demonstrations Aberdeen has ever witnessed. In this supplement Councillor Jim Kiddie gives an account of the dispute in Aberdeen.
