Summary:
This book features the well known Robert Burns lyrics of "Ilka Lassie". They are written and explained throughout. This song came from the poem by Robert Burns (1782) called "Comin' Thro' the Rye". The illustrations follow little bunny rabbits all over the Isle of Arran which is an island on the west coast of Scotland. It is a magnificent island which is often called Scotland in miniature. There is a map which shows where they go on the island which you can follow. The scenery from the Isle of Arran is beautiful. The little bunny rabbits are all wearing the tartan of various Scottish clans.
