The Parish of Boharm is situated to the west of Keith in Banffshire, the modern parish of Boharm also incorporating, since 1782, that part of the parish of Dundurcas which lay to the east of the River Spey. Contained within the Boharm Kirk Session Minutes (National Archives of Scotland CH2/1115/17) there are 182 marriage entries, mainly proclamations, for the years 1755 to 1780, with one isolated entry in each of the years 1752, 1782 and 1787.
