Dark Hong Kong thriller. Ching (Angelica Lee), a young woman who suffers from a serious kidney disease, attends the wedding of one of her friends, where, after a drunken evening, she returns to her hotel room and discovers a violently mutilated corpse with a missing kidney. Identifying a woman she saw fleeing the scene as an old girlfriend of her doctor husband, who also works with him at the hospital, Ching is gradually drawn into a sinister underground world of organ-smuggling and murder.
