The complete second series of the Channel 4 sitcom. Clare (Anne Dudek), an American living in Glasgow, sets up a book group in a bid to meet some interesting new friends, and possibly a boyfriend. What she gets is something quite different; amongst the group of mismatched characters is Kenny (Rory McCann), an ex-climber, who is in a wheelchair, Janice (Michele Gomez), a frustrated footballer's wife, and Barney (James Lance), an eccentric student. In this series, following Barney's overdose and death, his twin brother Lachlan (Lance) arrives in Glasgow to take his place, while Rab (Derek Riddell) discovers his true sexuality while on holiday in Spain. Meanwhile, Kenny's first book 'Peak in the Mist' is proving popular with the ladies, Clare finally lands a book contract, and Janice drunkenly confesses to the secretly gay Rab that she loves him. Includes all six episodes: 'Suenos'; 'Hunger'; 'You Must Change Your Life'; 'Drowning'; 'Research' and 'A'Salaam Insh'Allah'.
