The 2009 Christmas special of the BBC part-improvised sitcom in which beleaguered parents Pete (Hugh Dennis) and Sue (Claire Skinner) struggle to get the upper hand in bringing up their three teenage children. It's Boxing Day in the Brockman household and Santa has paid a visit - along with some burglars. While Mum and Dad try to maintain some festive spirit, Ben (Daniel Roche) wreaks havoc with a mechanical hand, Jake (Tyger Drew-Honey) argues the case for pirated music and Karen (Ramona Marquez) is busy writing New Year's resolutions for the rest of the family... oh, and Barack Obama.
