Agents Mulder and Scully (David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson) make their big-screen debut as they attempt to locate the source of a deadly virus, possibly brought to earth by aliens thirty-seven thousand years ago. As usual, their investigation reveals a potential FBI-cover up, brings them into contact with conspiracy theorists (this time a paranoid doctor (Martin Landau)) and leads them to the door of the all-powerful, yet anonymous, Syndicate. Contains interviews with the stars and previously unseen footage.
