In the case of a complete crew being lost, the names are listed under one date and the details of what happened (if known) are recorded against the first name - that of the Pilot and Captain. The names of other crew members are printed in sequence used in all Royal Air Force Battle Orders during war time: following after the Pilot in succession come those of the Second pilot, Navigator, Wireless operator, Radar operator, Rear gunner.
