Abstract: This is the second compilation and covers the period from 1801 to 1810. Includes descriptions of persons wanted for crime and criminals escaped from jail, pregnant women suspected of trying to dispose of their babies, elopements of married women with their lovers, and restless indentured workers. Also includes "local" news items from the Aberdeen Domestic Ocurrences section of the paper and names of all those individuals who failed to show up after balloting for the Aberdeenshire and Banffshire militias.
