Abstract: Sebastien Foucan, the co-founder of Free Running [also known as Le Parkour] and his team attempt to conquer one of the world's best known capital cities - London. The team jump over rooftops and leap between buildings, performing death-defying and stomach churning stunts on famous landmarks such as The Royal Albert Hall, Tate Modern and Somerset House.
