Videos and DVDs
All three episodes from the hard-hitting drama series based around the Metropolitan police vice unit. In the opening case 'Daughters' Inspector Pat Chappel (Ken Stott) finds himself involved in a pimp turf war when he investigates the murder of a prostitute. Taking the high class Nikki under his wing, Chappel learns that her pimp, David Hinkley, is physically abusive towards her. However, it is Chappel that Hinkley turns to when his own daughter is kidnapped by a rival pimp. In 'Sons' Chappel is forced to refer officer Cheryl Hutchins (Caroline Catz) to psychiatrist Christina Weir (Anna Chancellor) when she loses all self-control during a disturbing undercover operation. Meanwhile, Chappel's own relationship with Christina intensifies when he becomes haunted by guilt over the death of a rent boy. Whilst in 'Dabbling' Chappel's unit find themselves seconded by the Drugs Squad, with PC Dougie Raymond (Marc Warren) forced to go undercover to investigate an escort agency which covers for a trafficking operation. While Dougie becomes hooked on the thrill of meeting prostitutes, Chappel discovers a link with his own case - the blackmail of a peer who has been videotaped with a hooker.
