Channel 4 drama based on the novel by journalist Julie Burchill. Kim (Olivia Hallinan) is a Brighton teenager who falls in love with her best friend, the vivacious Maria (Lenora Crichlow), known as 'Sugar'. Embarrassed by her dysfunctional family, Kim obsesses over Sugar as the two girls live a wild lifestyle in the bright lights of Brighton, and as Kim tries to come clean about her feelings for Sugar. Includes all ten episodes.
