Korean-language drama following the fate of two soldiers in the final days of the Korean War. As the war comes towards a close and a ceasefire is declared, fighting continues around the foot of the Aerok Hills, with the precise dividing line between North and South Korea at stake. Eun-pyo Kang (Ha-kyun Shin) is ordered to the frontline of the conflict to report back on what is going on and is surprised to find his old friend, Soo-hyeok Kim (Soo Go), leading troops in the area. The two men reflect on the past as they find themselves caught up in crucial events that will shape the future.
