Sequel to 'The Fugitive' sees Tommy Lee Jones reprising his role as US Marshal Sam Gerrard. Here he is on the look out for a mysterious assassin (Wesley Snipes), on the run after trying to find out who implicated him in two murders. Gerrard and his team are joined by an arrogant government agent (Robert Downey Jr) to help find and reveal the identity of the assassin, and his role in a possible government conspiracy. But the fugitive vows never to be caught.
