Jean-Claude Van Damme stars as a former black ops agent in this action thriller directed by Ernie Barbarash. As the only viable match in his family, Deacon Lyle (Van Damme) travels to the Philippines to donate a kidney to his dying niece Isabella (Adele Baughan). After saving damsel in distress Ana (Charlotte Peters) upon arrival, Deacon awakens the day before the operation to discover he's been a victim of organ theft. With his niece's life at stake, Deacon teams up with his brother George (John Ralston) and old friend Kung (Aki Aleong) to get revenge. The trio's bloody mission takes them deep into the country's criminal underworld where they fight to recover the stolen kidney before it's too late.
