This audit, which is produced annually, provides community planning partners with information about the position of children and young people in the city. It is the 9th audit produced since 1999. It was commissioned by the Integrated Children's Services Board and funded by the Aberdeen City Council Families and Vulnerable Learners Team. The purpose of the audit is to ensure that the Integrated Children's Services Board has the information necessary to plan and deliver services for children, young people and their families. The audit examines the key characteristics of Aberdeen's 0-25 year population and their service requirements.
