Horror in which a descendent of the legendary Scottish cannibal wreaks havoc across the country. Sawney Bean (David Hayman) is a taxi driver who takes his fares to a secret den in the Highlands where he tortures and kills them, along with his cannibalistic, inbred family. With an increasing number of disappearances, journalist Hamish (Samuel Feeney) writes damaging headlines about the police who have yet to get anywhere with the case. Hoping to make some progress, inspector Bill Munro (Gavin Mitchell) decides to provide Hamish with inside information. However, Hamish's own investigation into the case has horrific consequences.
