Bumper collection of five episodes celebrating Springfield's finest. In the first ever 25-minute episode - 'Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire' - Homer takes a job as a store Santa when his expected Christmas bonus fails to materialise. In 'Sweet Seymour Skinner's Baadasssss Song' (the 100th episode), Principal Skinner finds himself replaced by Ned Flanders after Bart's dog runs amok at the school. 200th episode 'Trash of the Titans' sees Homer attempting to turn Springfield into the ultimate trash-hole after deciding that garbage is good! In 'Bart Gets an F' (the highest rated episode in the show's history), Bart makes an attempt to knuckle down and pass his history exam when Mrs Krabapple threatens to keep him back for a year. 'Lisa's First Word' sees Marge and Homer in the mood for reminiscing as Lisa's arrival in the Simpson household is unveiled in flashback.
