All twelve episodes from the second season of the drama series set in a failing inner-city comprehensive. At Waterloo Road a new term is beginning and things are looking up. The school is launching its first sixth form, and about to receive some much-needed money from ex-pupil and wealthy entrepreneur, Roger Aspinall (Nick Sidi), who wants to turn the school into a City Academy in exchange for a place on the governing body. What could go wrong? Meanwhile, Izzie (Jill Halfpenny) and Tom (Brett Aspinall), who are expecting their first child together, get a shock when Lorna (Camilla Power) - who they thought was in Australia - returns.
