Ellen Perry directs this British family football drama. Perry Eggleton stars as Will Brennan, a 12-year-old boy who is completely obsessed with football, and with Liverpool FC in particular. After losing both of his parents in tragic circumstances, a heartbroken Will sets out across Europe to honour his late father's plan to witness Liverpool play in the Champions League Final in Istanbul. Along the way, he befriends Alek (Kristian Kiehling), a former Yugoslavian football star who was forced out of the game after his country descended into civil war.
