Contract by Aberdeen Town Council from 1877 specifying the construction requirements for the bridge that would become known as Victoria Bridge. The engineer for construction of the bridge was Mr. Blyth, of the firm of Blyth and Cunningham, Edinburgh, and Mr. John Fyfe of Kemnay was the contractor. The bridge opened to traffic on 2nd July 1881.
