All eight episodes from the first series of the Australian crime comedy drama starring Greta Scacchi and Bryan Brown. Retired nurse Joan Kirkhope (Scacchi) has travelled to Australia hoping to uncover the truth about her husband's death. Meanwhile, retired police detective Jack Darby (Brown) is on the road with only his dog for company as he tries to outrun his past. When they crash into each other in the outback, they decide to continue travelling together and they grow closer as they are drawn into a series of mysteries which they are determined to solve.
