Dennis Quaid, Michael Ealy and Meagan Good star in this thriller directed by Deon Taylor. When young couple Scott and Annie (Ealy and Good) buy a house in which to start their married life, the previous owner, Charlie Peck (Quaid), makes them promise to take good care of the house. Believing that he simply holds the house close to his heart, they think nothing of the sentiment, but when Charlie starts showing up unannounced and acting like he still lives there, Scott and Annie begin to think something is not quite right with Charlie.
