Rodrigo García writes and directs this drama that follows Jesus (Ewan McGregor) in a fictional chapter of his life during the 40 days he spent fasting in the desert. Embodying both Jesus and Satan, he struggles with the internal and external conflict he faces on a daily basis, as well as trying to survive in the inhospitable desert.
