All the episodes from the television drama in which heretic Mateo (Pablo Molinero) must return to Seville where his fate was formerly in the hands of the Holy Office, to rescue his friend's son, Valerio (Sergio Castellanos). While the plague sweeps across Europe and makes its way into Spain, Mateo must tread carefully in the search for Valerio but it is not long before the Holy Office captures him once again. In a negotiation for his life, Mateo agrees to seek out a murderer who has been carrying out demonic ritual killings, but soon finds himself in a deep web of conspiracy within the walls of Seville.
