Monumental inscriptions based on a survey by Allan Hepburn, who re-transcribed every stone and has produced a definite version of the inscriptions which are still in any way readable in the old kirkyard. Previously published inscriptions have been used for those stones that are no longer readable. This booklet also includes stones in the first extension to the kirkyard. Most modern burials are now in the second extension, whose inscriptions are not included in this publication.
