S. Craig Zahler writes and directs this action thriller starring Vince Vaughn. The film follows recovering alcoholic Bradley Thomas (Vaughn) as he is laid off from his job and forced to return to his old ways of running drugs to support his wife Lauren (Jennifer Carpenter). However, when a job with Mexican smugglers lands him in jail, Bradley is coerced into killing one of his fellow prisoners in cell block 99 of Red Leaf maximum security prison, and if he doesn't his wife and unborn child will pay.
