Michael Dudikoff and Donald Pleasence star in this action feature based on Alistair MacLean's novel. Nazi scientist Dr. Wolfgang Manteuffel (Robert Vaughn) escapes to the Amazon jungle where he plans to perfect a virus that only kills non-Aryans. 20 years on, a plague is wiping out the Amazonian natives so swashbuckling adventurer John Hamilton (Dudikoff) is hired to lead a jungle investigation where they face off against bloodthirsty river pirates, headhunting cannibals and a neo-Nazi army protecting the future of the Fourth Reich.
