A history of the Grandhome Estate, Stoneywood, Aberdeen from 1300 to 1922 and of the Paton family , who began their ownership of Grandhome in 1680.A bound volume of the photocopied typescript notes which the author wrote for Mr Paton who succeeded his father on the ownership of the Grandhome estate in the 1920's. This volume was donated to Mr G M Fraser , librarian of the Central Library. A photcopy of the letter is bound in at the rear of the book.
