Western directed by Arthur Penn. Jack Crabb (Dustin Hoffman), who claims to be 121 years old, recounts his life's adventures. These include being orphaned and raised by Native Americans, returned to his own people as a con-man, and finally emerging as the only white man to survive the Battle of Little Big Horn. The cast also includes Faye Dunaway and Richard Mulligan.
